With 27 years of industry knowledge and experience behind the two founding directors,
DM Telecom now operate a staff of 22 and have a substantial brand name customer base which has resulted in our turnover quadrupling year on year. As well as offering mobile telecommunication services, we also provide landline services and mobile Internet capabilities. We provide a full product range of all makes and models of handsets across all five major networks.

All value-added services are mentioned at every sale, i.e. BlackBerry™, mobile USB modems and datacards etc. This ensures we are completely in-tune with the customer's business and not just their mobile requirements, and allows us to recommend what we do to make their lives smoother and as cost effective as possible.

We are continually training our staff to ensure they are up-to-date on new tariffs, products and services. This often includes regular brainstorming sessions to improve our levels of service and how we internally manage customers and networks alike. This is supported by an in-house IT expert who is on hand to assist with any related issues.

Our blue chip clients and public figures like Hugo Boss, Chelsea Football Club, Big Pictures, M&C Saatchi, Champney's health resorts, Gordonstoun school (Prince Charles attended), Acer Computers UK and Nikon come to us and form a trusted mutual relationship. A measure of this is when two senior England football players requested a replacement and repair for an existing handset and we drove 200 miles to their hotel to see them on the same day.
